Grass is not always greener

Everyone that’s left for greener pastures has failed miserably. Intercept didn’t get NASH drug approved. Lundbeck, Migraine drug is a bust. Now, Biogen’s Alzheimer’s drug will likely get a no from FDA. For all its faults, Mitsubishi is still here paying the bills.

Ok this is funny, first people left MTPA not because of greener grass on the other side of the fence, but because it is toxic from nuclear waste on the MTPA side of the fence. Also, to think anyone would ever regret leaving MTPA for Biogen is laughable, no matter what ultimately happens with the Alzheimer drug. Biogen has a massive pipeline, and massive war chest and amazing talent pool, which MTPA has none of. The fact that your sorry ass PT would get on here and say that, in face of your near 90% turnover rate in less than 3 years is telling and funny. You are a clown dude

    Agree
Those able to escape have realized they were living in Kansas and have awoken to Munchkinland in Technicolor. Not only is the grass greener, EVERYTHING is more beautiful and bright

Compared to the cesspool here, the grass could be dead and dying and it would be better than here

This is accurate. MT leading the Great Resignation. Long before the pandemic

PT, first you colossally suck at your job. Second nobody who escaped mtpa’s incompetence has any regrets about leaving, nobody. And it’s funny that you think that anyone at Biogen or anyone else for that matter misses the sh*t show at mtpa. Loser

Looks like I was right all along. Biogen about to layoff most of the sales force while MTPA is still here paying the bills.

In the 1 1/2 years they have been at Biogen, they have had more money to pay their bills, been immensely happier not having to deal with the colossal crapshow at MTPA, and have a true resume builder.. the grass was greener. Nice try PT, but your lack of grasp of the above pretty much tells all. You can't see past JS's belt buckle, so you have no idea what is really happening in the industry... and what is not happening at MT. Your skills are on display, those PEFs are just rolling in....that's on you, you're the lead...

I’m not the one complaining about how bad it is here. MTPA is not perfect but has had no layoffs and a pretty bright future. I can promise that most of the reps that left for greener pastures wish they could come back to this “hellhole”

OMG! I can’t stop laughing!!!! Really, HR? You don’t even try to hide your stupid position so you can Keep Your Job! Hahahaha

Hahahahaha. You can "promise" that. Seeing as I know most of those people that left, I can GUARANTEE they have no interest in coming back to this hellhole. Eliminating vacant territories is essentially the same as layoffs, with the exception being the people were actually smart enough to leave prior to the territory being eliminated. Get off your Kool aide drinking high horse. As far as your "bright future" only the people in the home office have that. Look at the last round of "promotions". 99% of them were home office personnel given new titles. You've clearly demonstrated your ability to launch a new product and project successful future sale. The entire company's sales in December were less than what one NAS was expected to generate in that month. I suspect oral will be bungled just as magnificently.

Being a born raised Californian, I believed all that I read and lived while there. Having moved to Texas 3 years ago, I see why millions are flocking from California- the grass is greener in other more realistic, sane states.

I’ve lived in both TX and CA. CA is better. I see why millions are moving there.
