Such a shame

Galderma could have been a great little derm company for many years if the right people had been hired at the top. EQT could have benefited from wonderful returns. Fleming and Thomas make reckless decisions, destroying the business. Hence, we're all fucked.....

If you continue to support Galderma you are a total embarrassment in every way, shape and form. I am glad to hear you are hanging with the recently hired rejects. Clearly that is where you are intellectually best suited.

Are you an employee of Galderma? Cuz if you are — you, by definition, are the bigger loser. If you hate where you are so much, YET continue to hang around (and do nothing but spew toxicity), clearly there’s something wrong with you. Get on board or get out. It’s that simple.

Before you say “if you’re so unhappy, leave”, I will. But, I’m not leaving without a severance. Spent almost a decade of my life here; not leaving without a package.

Why do you think the company owes you a severance package simply because you’ve been here for a decade? You’ve been paid for every year of service, no?

This sense of entitlement is baffling.

Galderma is ruled by bullies. If you disagree with Thomas and Fleming you become an outcast. How many country managers have been fired or resigned in the last 1.5 years? Level below? How many talented colleagues have left? Well, the answer is: too many! And all for similar reasons: couldn’t stand the current regime. We have not had any growth yet.... The company is tanking because the boss in charge does stuff without having any knowledge of the market... his stubbornness is costing us a lot and he pressures everyone to sell as if what he is doing can be easily fixed. He totally messed up the business, did not listen to people who knew the space, hired the wrong people, destroyed the culture and broke down any collaboration, etc....Such a shame to see a once great company dissolve.
