How's the dermatology division? Culture, etc.



Honestly depends on your manager, because mine is awful and I’ve never hated working at a company more. Micromanaged to the nth degree. But I know others are having a much better experience

Sorry to hear that! It shouldn't be like that. Sounds like you may have a green manager who doesn't understand coaching vs babysitting.
 
The loss of Jackie Jones was the last warning sign that the UCB dermpocalypse is coming. UCB is a great company and the culture in the other divisions is the best in the industry. Derm is sinking faster than the titanic.
 
If you are an OG, and have a history of performing, don't expect to move ahead. Let's just recognize low kit volumes for hitting over 100%. Expect a mass exodus once the 13th biologic for psoriasis hits the market.

Any OG rep who would stick around after Porto hired all his Novartis cronies for $160-180k base deserves the shit show this launch will be.
