    Expansion during a pandemic and then give memos to reps for not being able to see the required number of doctors per day followed by increased goals ensuring minimal bonuses followed by, wait for it, another expansion because of the growth in PCPs. That was a long run on sentence. Why would any sane person expand their sales force twice during a pandemic with the second expansion based on faulty growth numbers for a sales force getting credit for another sales force doctors. Well who says they are sane right?

    offices are closing again, why the hell are we expanding? There isn’t much do now. We don’t need more people!

    CRM is the place to be. Mike and Duane just can’t seem to get through a telecon without making it clear that they don’t respect anyone in the field.

    So, couple things,
    Everyone stop talking about calls/day, car washes, stupid shit

    Stop competing for credit. Work as a real team and respect each member. Today’s ISS can be PCP tomorrow.

    Fill out the Glint surveys. This executive team could not be clearer on how little they care about you. They asked you to go pre-pandemic during a surge, without a vaccine. When they respond to your questions on TCs, they aren’t trying to hide their disdain.
    They will get the “credit” for trashing the culture. Go sell something while you’re waiting for the inevitable. That’s what we get paid to do.

    Entresto brings in billions while the reps make peanuts. He admitted only 1/3 of reps are at goal. Not motivating at all!

    It’s not even 1/3 to goal according to prism. Straight up false. Where are they putting these 200 extra reps? Is it mostly pcp?

    6 months into the pandemic & we reorganize with new territories & new customers. Unrealistic call expectations enforced. Product doesn’t launch. Many positions quietly disappear with no communication. Leaders from HQ disappear with no communication. A year later & we’re reorganizing again. Mike & Duane say we’ll be ready for a launch? Based on what? Limited info from SOCs & FRMs? the “leaders” refuse to acknowledge Covid & access problems. But let’s bring more reps into the circus. Leaders who talk big about culture and truly don’t give a shit even when reps perform. Where have the “leaders” been? There’s been no communication for months. Why aren’t we investing in better data? Why does this BU double down on every bad decision they push out? I bet mike’s havard “mates” think he’s an asshole too.

    I wouldn’t even bother getting yourself too excited or angry about any of this. One thing upper management has clearly demonstrated is that they don’t care about anything or anyone but themselves. Have the last laugh on them by milking the paycheck.
