Expansion during a pandemic and then give memos to reps for not being able to see the required number of doctors per day followed by increased goals ensuring minimal bonuses followed by, wait for it, another expansion because of the growth in PCPs. That was a long run on sentence. Why would any sane person expand their sales force twice during a pandemic with the second expansion based on faulty growth numbers for a sales force getting credit for another sales force doctors. Well who says they are sane right?
