A lot of us will be leaving to sell csplyta for J and J. They approved the intra cellular expansion of about 100 reps and want them hired before they complete the purchase by summer. I had virtual interview today. I hope I get the job. So sick of peddling olanzapine re-tread. Better drug. Better company. Better benefits. 84 expansion positions have already been posted on intra cellular website with more to come. I do hope I get an offer from them. I'm done with this place.

Reading the bullshit in these threads makes me happier and happier to be gone from this shit show, every now and then I come back to see if the morale has changed and everyone here reinforces that leaving is the best decision ever made. I was passionate about recovery but the leadership was and apparently is still as messed up as it was. Amazing this shit show is still on life support.

I Can’t speak to the CNS division, but if you’re not happy on the addiction side you either can’t sell or are generally just an unhappy person. Leadership and morale extremely strong, in spite of a potential generic in 2027.

Glad you’re happy you’re not here anymore. As the other person said, we’re happy you’re gone too.

LOL I don’t do either of those things for my “DM.” BTW, we call them DBL’s, dumbass. But why would you suddenly start being accurate? You were wrong about layoffs, about NSM roommates, and about there not being a retention bonus.

There is already a separate, additional IC Kicker, in addition to the retention, which is in addition to the regular bonus, dumbass.
If you have an issue with having to be a minimum of 90% to goal to get extra money, regardless what you call it, then you either can’t sell or are just a whining pussy, and it’s been game over for you for a while now.

Maybe if the goals were remotely close to accurate. Which they are not.

True if the goals were REMOTELY CLOSE to accurate, which we all know they are not. Certain geographies are clearly favored over others.
