Add fearful, paranoid and chaotic and you’ve got the perfect description of Mannkind right now. It just keeps getting worse.
It's the worst culture. You're going to see some very good people leave in the very near future. People here are led by top leadership that pounds with fear and change and chaos and disruption and blame!

How this company was voted on the best place to work is beyond. The culture within WLV right now is a melting pot of toxicity.!!!!!!!!!!!

I can tell you that in any area of this company, most people would not work here if given a choice. There is no culture here and they really don't care about it. This comes from the top and who this person brings in and surrounds himself with. I've seen this here for years. People stay if they have stock vested but otherwise most people would run. We had people at WLV leave or be told to leave. LS is a person that I got to know and I respect her tremendously. She sees the writing on the wall in this place I'm sure. The board of directors needs to really assess some of the employees that are working here. Some are coddled,....... Some beyond immature. Please help

This is fast becoming a check the box culture. The sales people don’t have time to be in the field selling because they are too busy with admin BS that doesn’t result in scripts being written. How many business plans have to be submitted or objectives created to prove they are out there trying to make a difference? I’m afraid they are going to get fed up with the nonsensical BS and quit. I wouldn’t blame them.

There was culture and it's deteriorated fast! You will see a mass exodus out of this company very soon. If you want a survey, know that there is mistrust and lack of transparency! Women in particular have never been heard here. We thought we had a chance and now that is gone. You have some bimbo up in HR that is supposedly trying to turn the culture around. Laughable. It's a complete joke here..

None of us have any words for what's transpired. Absolutely appalling. There will be a mass exodus out of this company. This is not ok!!
