As those of you were displaced will soon find out, Novartis is a complete laughing stock to other pharma companies. When you are interviewing and you mention you worked for Novartis, you will see a mix of pity and disbelief on the face of the person you are interviewing with.
Everyone knows. The only people who can't appreciate what an industry-wide farce Novartis is are the people who work there.
The Leqvio story is out there. Nobody knows how to process what an abysmal failure it is, and how Novartis could have possibly screwed it up so completely.
Just tell the truth and you'll be fine. The fact that you made it this long in that cesspool of incompetence is looked at as a badge of courage. Just be prepared to articulate your successes and leave the gross negligence of senior management out of the discussion. It's not like they aren't aware.
