What is the rep profile of the 20-25 expansion territories? Exactly, the rep profile is B2B and NOT what comprises 100% of the existing team!
What does this mean? They don’t see the value in us and our ADHD experience. This was always part of their plan and with the business not growing enough, they will speed up the transition to a lower per head rep cost.
What is next? We will hire the newbies to start the initial phase of the low cost remodel of our sales team. In parallel, they will start dialing up the performance management pressure to push growth or get out and replace with Cost Co reps.
Wait, this is not true and different than what they told us! Yes, it is different and real honesty from someone in the know. There is a target to achieve 65% of Cost Co reps by end of year. Depending on timing of transition with the current RDs and reps, this could reduce business expenses by $3.5 million.
