Clean up the mess

Can we just reallocate everyone and start over? Whatever clown did this created a huge mess. Trying to make people miserable so they will leave is not effective. Just let everyone interview and it’ll be a faster way to get rid of the ones they’re trying to make leave. The olds aren’t going to retire. The liars will just keep lying. The ineffective will keep on flying under the radar. This isn’t working. Good ones are starting to leave and find better jobs. Congrats. Few other companies are about to clean out more good ones.

These people made it personal. They are on a bullshit trip. You know what I have to say, fuck them! It's the same story with these people too... "You're learning something from us." I learned more in a month or so from reading a book. Get over yourselves. Those people and that company are no different than this one... It's about money and ego. The patient, well, that's where the fine line of ethics comes in. It's a house of cards. If you want to start over, you have to start from the top and work your way down.

It’s the best idea because it keeps the best people. They can actually do more with less when everyone gets out of their way.
