Attrition and New Reps

OMG…I have never seen SO MUCH turnover at a company in my life (and I have worked at some pretty sketchy places). In my own ecosystem, half of the them has left. And some of the people that left were some really solid, tenured reps.

And then the tenured rep, with solid relationships, gets replaced with an Enterprise Rental Car rep. The Enterprise Rental Car person gets trained by Home Office Trainers that don’t really give a crap about providing any substance or “Real World Training”. if the Senior Leaders in Japan really knew what was going on in the US, and why sales aren’t being driven……..

No. Otsuka gets rid of older people. One way or the other. The whole company is just one big charade of make belief.
Lord help you if you are older and have poor performance. It starts with a PIP, and by that time you are already 75% out the door and on top of that, Otsuka will do everything in their power to make sure you get unemployment compensation. Trust me on this. I have seen it several times and I work at the home office!

Otsuka reps leave because of BOREDOM, lack of personal growth. Let's be honest. There is nothing left to do except leave crap behind. And nobody wants to see you. Instead, everybody is looking busy, driving around aimlessly to put some miles on the company car while the home office pretends everything is going well. What a clown show!

No worries, we at the home office feed Japan only what they want and need to hear. All is good. Enjoy your jobs, because we need you (even though you are totally unproductive and worthless) to justify our equally unnecessary jobs at the home office.

Not in idaho they keep hiring and retaining senior citizens. The guy they just hired on our team had 0 psych. Their prostates and eggs are older than dirt. We all have to speak louder on our team zoom calls

Haha, good one. Just shows you what kind of a shit-show Otsuka is.The only reason this company can stay in business is because of gouging patients left and right. Hopefully Trump will change that. There is no justification for Rex to exist, not to mention the price. The people at the home office live in a make belief world. The level of naiveté is just mind boggling. Kudos to the Uber driver.

There is a manager who has been TERRORIZING his reps in the east. He is attacking each one until they leave and his entire district has almost turned over. He is inherited good enough numbers this past restructing and won an award off the hard work of the reps previously there. JIM DODGE. a total SFSLUCKING loser who has been stealing ideas off business plans and going to his superiors with these ideas as his own. He has gotten caught several times. He has now caused 2 lawsuits against the company and somehow still working?? This pathetic trash is posting about how awesome he is on Linkedin after he inherited this new division and area he knows no one in and never worked in. He claims it was his hard work. He is trying to document bad stuff against people so has some leverage but has been outed. How long will Jim Dodge last? He is in Hawaii now and when he gets back, he is likely to get fired unless what you say here is true. This boy is all about himself. So pathetic trash
