Does Lundbeck give salary increases every year?

I saw the job postings on Linkedin where the want a speciality rep for Seattle ,where its really expensive to live , to start at $37,000 a year. Are you kidding. At that salary you'd have to work here 50 years for raises to get a decent salary to live in that city.

First, the $37,000 starting salary is a joke. Second, you only need to do a couple of hours of work daily at the most. So you give up the money for tons of free time. Depends on what you are working for.

Yep I inspire to be just like you. All I need is an unfulfilled status quo job with no career growth and just getting by with minimal effort. Thanks for sharing your inspiring career journey.
