If it is like Prep, it is mostly external canidates.
All 3 EDs external
8 of 9 new RDs were external.
However Matt is brilliant and sharp (should been ED few yrs ago), so he might look stronger at internal developed canidates.
Whoever Matt hires, they will love him. He bleeds leadership of motivation & inspiration. Very participative leadership style.
