Throughout my tenure at Janssen/J&J, sitting through countless quarterly department/Therapeutic Area/NAPharma updates in TTV & Horsham, I NEVER saw more than 3 Black people in a room of 75+. They must have been pretty effin' busy taking ALL of the jobs!

Ahhh, never mind.
Soon enough, DEI will go away, and you won't have to compete with those bad blacks anymore.
They'll all go away, and you won't even have to look at them anymore.

You obviously were not sitting around CVM meetings the last few years. In the last TWO national meetings, there wasn't one white male on that stage. You can laugh and pretend all you want, but look at the numbers. You know, the ones that the VPs use to hit their DEI commitments and make their bonus.

These even some shorr years in JNj learn to tune about the BS from town halls and the double speak of all leaders and follow the money in all cases .
R&D money / project getting cut in your business, while CIP ramping up... Your business is for sale.
DEI is just hot air for the leadership to feed to the dumb peasants

As a white person I enjoyed hearing all about black hygiene and the importance of lotion. Just another benefit of COVID being held hostage. Thank you CVM and LLilian. Why should I need to learn more disease state knowledge unless ….lotion causes DVTs For Black folks. Well now I understand -I’m a silly dumb white guy for not putting this together sooner. That’s how we used shareholder money. What a surprise the product lost share.
