Just letting the new employees know the shit show they are walking into without getting blind sided like everyone else. Doing them a favor, if anything, by letting them know the company is a sinking ship with horrible management.

also, happen to know of a few people who ditched their jobs to come here for a pipe dream. No amount of retention bonus can compensate that. Kudos to Corium, though, for making the inflated market cap look valid.
