The end is near I am afraid. SN future on the back of sales and we have no support. The boots on the ground in cases are NOT getting paid. Why would anyone work harder for less money in the end? SN has a problem, and it starts and ends with legacy managers and reps. You want sales? Break up large territories protected by management and give people who sell and do the work the money. SN’s business model for sales is as broken as I have ever seen, and gets supported by crooked management. SN crumbling as people quit weekly now!

Everything is good. Solid quarter. Feel the energy and momentum. It’s infectious. Let me try and sell this “robot” that no one wants. It’s vastly slower than saw cuts. The head of orthopedics at one of my accounts asked why we are pushing burring a knee.

Our leaders and some analysts think we are “turning it around.” We have subpar products. Engage was a disaster and great job on diligence bald headed r&d idiot. Namal hated him.

I wonder if our 12 pt plan will make up for our shit products and silly robotics. Skip was right we needed a robotic arm.
