This is wrong on so many levels. Why do you gender everyone as a male? If you know who I am just call it out. You don’t know anything. Who is “we” and who is “me?” I’m off to enjoy time with my kids, while you are sitting here wondering how you can provide.

You poor thing. Then perhaps you should have considered that with your initial comment calling people lazy, douche canoes, losers. We see the rules don’t apply to you. And many of us are still employed at Phathom. You should ask yourself why you aren’t in good company on this site.
 










SP is not good with people. He lacks EQ. He has no desire to have a real human connection with anyone. He doesn’t even attempt to check the box or make it appear like he likes/cares about anyone. He does not match the Phathom Phamily culture that we were all sold on. It’s not the 90’s. People leave when they are not valued (NY!) There are other jobs that pay more and you will be treated better because it’s doesn’t get much worse than SP.

Shawn Peter is misaligned with the sales force and the company. He has killed the culture that should have been. He couldn’t survive under his own management. The man needs some career development, some decency courses, liars anonymous. He’s the bad apple that has spoiled this experience. Employees would likely take a pay cut to go elsewhere and be treated better. He’s a snake
