I know reps that are going to San Diego this week and he is charge. So they had zoom calls and reps that didn’t know him are amazed how bad he is. He actually told the reps to say good things about blink while at the CEO dinner and to have prepared answers for other questions. Instead of being honest and talking about issues so the CEO is aware of what good and what’s bad. On top of that he told these reps it was like winning a sales trip to be included in this conference! Dude it’s work not it’s not sitting on a beach!! That’s what’s wrong with this company! Everyone especially him has their head in the sand. I do like the new CEO but I know hard decisions are coming, but I will have to agree just with the rest of yall that guy is terrible.

Whoever selected him to go has RUINED the entire process. It is now the SHAWN PETER SHOW. It is no longer productive. Dumb choice.

So is the purpose for reps to specifically meet with the new CEO?

If they don’t send SP packing this plan to turn Phathom around will not work. Shawny boy is the antithesis of what the sales force needs. Employees are leaving specifically because of him.
