New Executive Order 5/12










All jobs will be perfectly fine if the executive salaries and bonuses are slashed by 50-70%. No Pharma executive should take home the kind of salary and bonus that are being handed down in the name of patient care.
 










Millions of dollars in bonuses and patient care do not sit well together in the same way as the executive bonuses and laying off thousands of people taking home much smaller paychecks.
 




If patients and employees were a priority, executive bonuses would not be so large. Taking home large bonuses from sales of drugs to desperate patients is a practice that should be stopped. None of BMS’ drugs provide a cure and no employee who depends on their salaries to live the month are shown any humanity. People have begged to be retained and yet shown the door only to be replaced with a rehire from another company one year down the line.
