What option does new CEO have ?

Sickening to watch the slow motion train wreck that is Baxter take down an awesome company (Hillrom) Long time Hillromian here and what Baxter has done to this company is nothing short of gross incompetence. So many stupid, short sighted decisions, along with massive talent loss due to people being fed up with the buffoons and shit compensation.

Agreed!!! All the leadership in HST needs to be fired especially starting from Donny Patel & Chris Bensi. They dont know jack sh*t and made some of the stupidest decisions for the business. Cant believe they think they have influence in Bax..Fuck to the no...people just nod & laugh behind their backs when they talk. I hope the new CEOs fires them along with tummy heather during his/her first week.

low joe imported a lot mediocrity and acted as a dictator like in any banana republic…
The company is full of buffoons in top management roles having no clue on anything but cashing in big time…
i doubt the new guy does anything short term unless he comes from inside…
It will take another 2/3 years before anything change but it might be too late then…
