Incoming demotions, cut target bonus %, etc.!!!

Meanwhile Kevin Conroy, the C-Suite, bloated senior leadership keep collecting $200k-multi millions+.
He is an extra special person. Drives the company 80% into debt, blames sales and others for his horrible mistakes, lies to investors, and then sits back and collects his fat check every year. While he "cries" saying he wants to eradicate cancer. He is the cancer.

Kevin cares about one person, Kevin. With luck he'll get the exact thing he hopes to eradicate. I can't think of anyone more deserving considering the way he treats employees of the company.
 




If your title didn't change, you are fine. If it did, you will either get a pay cut or pay increase, and your bonus structure will change.
From what I hear, pay is not cut even if you are over the range for the new demoted title. If you are currently underpaid for the new title, they will increase pay.

For base salary, yes. But for those not in sales and are on corporate bonus structure, if their title was demoted their payout for their bonus is considerably less.
 












It’s no secret why EX is a mess. You can’t pay top C suite talent enough to move to Madison. EX might as well be based in the Mongolian desert from a recruiting prospective. If EX was E coast/W coast/Texas based it would be a completely different environment. Instead they hire c suite that never relocate to Madison and the rest are local idiots that think they are on the ground floor at Google.

Oh and the constant churn at the Jim Gute level. How many Gutes have we had in the last 7 years? 6 possibly 7?
