Giving notice in CMH

What are the details on resigning in sales to go to an indirect competitor in industry… did you have to work for two weeks after giving notice or was that your last day/walked out? And how about the car?

I heard they cut off your access to everything within a day of your notice. I don't know for sure, but I imagine you get paid through the end of your notice, however they collect their stuff pretty quickly. I'd say plan on not having the car/access to gas card within a day of your notice, since you won't be making calls.

It depends- you may work the full 2 weeks or whatever you give them, but be prepared for everything to get cut off immediately, including the car, like the other poster states. Personally I would give a date that is a month out and they will most likely shorten that esp if you are staying in the industry in the same territory.

If you can make it til the end of June, they will owe you the quarterly bonus also.

we are the worst company/division to work for with the best drug....however, Lilly is arrogant and doesn't negotiate with employer groups, PBMs or insurance groups and so we are losing coverage weekly... but expected to beat the competition who does negotiate and is improving coverage... WTF

And providers are catching on to the fact that we are burying SURPASS.
Superiority vs placebo, because we might or might not have non-inferiority to Trulicity? I have already been asked about this.

Sounds like great product, bad patient access, terrible leadership…How is base pay, and are bonuses achieve-able? Under what circumstances (if any) would you leave somewhere else to come here?

All correct, AI runs the show, and no, bonuses, particularly with Z are not achievable at 78% growth per quarter. Many looking to leave.

Base pay is lower than most big pharma, higher than some others. My advice, cross this one off your list of potential companies to work for. It’s a fucking nightmare.
