This! The is the new MPA role in a nutshell.
 






Layers upon layers. Too many silos. CE, NPS, and now this hybrid of MPA role. All have their own managers, RDs, and EDs. Novartis needs to cutback the leadership levels. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. With 2025 expected performance being way below expectations, this is where the cuts need to happen.

Anyone else think it’s weird that we haven’t had a mandatory call since our new indication to let us know how things are going? Ya think grown adults enjoy non-competes, team goals and layers all around us who don’t understand RLT? Ya think grown adults enjoy pillows sent to our homes while we are making zero dollars in bonus?

Sorry, NVS ruins every launch. I ran into one of your abl’s at a training and he didn’t have oncology experience even, just fluff and ideas for managing reps like a babysitter until he figured out his next promotion.

Anyone making more than 6-7k this quarter? Top breast reps making 40k while you handcuff us with absurd team goals during an important launch. Chris, wake up and stop trying to turn us into cardio. They just downsized!
