Thank God we’ll finally have one more team selling semaglutide. I was worried that our other multiple levels of redundancy weren’t enough. How would Joe Schmo get promoted to Associate Vice Manager of Product Development and Enablement - Southeast, Obesity, without this new team? This is coming just at the right time!
 






You have a good shot with level of GI experience. The new GI/HEP sales force will be a 50/50 split between internal and external candidates. The majority of EDCS reps (the 1st gen of Novo specialty reps) have been more customer service than real clinical hard core selling. Will probably be more external candidates on the new sales team that have established GI doc relationships and account management background. Good luck. Novo has more issues coming down the line.
