Virology

Conrod is a slippery salesman. He does a great job managing up but when the people closest to the business challenge his process, the story quickly falls apart or he cannot discuss the specifics behind the topic. Ask for the details, the why behind that and how he plans to address simple issues, it’s fun to watch. He establishes his expertness by asking specific questions he looked up the answer to but when you fire back with the same type of question he will change the subject.

He obviously has a thing for Tamara by praising his way into her pants. Would love to hear more specifics from previous posters about Virology’s new Harvey Weinstein of marketing.

what a load of BS, likely from someone who makes a living of DEI...just because there were not certain percentages of an ethnicity, gender in certain positions, levels does not mean discrimination...thats how these nutty DEI advocates think...I can tell you the pressure to focus on hiring and promoting "under represented groups" was real until recently, especially if your team lacked such "diversity". That ship has sailed, your going to need to find a new career field.
Which part of DEI do you dislike? Is it Diversity? Equity? How about Inclusion? DEI is NOT just about ethnicity and gender. It's also diversity in thought and age. Giving people the accommodations they may need, like an elevator for someone in a wheelchair, ensures people are not locked out of certain places. Having that elevator makes the space more inclusive. Meaning the person in the wheelchair can now participate in all the space has to offer. DEI is not the problem, your understanding of it is.

A man who valiantly served our country to protect your freedom so you could express yourself authentically, you had fired for a bitmoji.

Don't mask yourself as a victim. You could have simply explained why that made you uncomfortable.
