how can the business be up double digits in so many regions, but the overall revenue is down? It's always so cringe. Do the brown-nosers and bootlickers not see it? How can they ignore it? That's some pro-level compartmentalization right there.
Aside from that, how much does one of these circle jerks cost? $20k? $50k? I mean I thought we were hurting for money, we probably shouldn't be spending money on ridiculous stuff like this that adds zero value and actually erodes morale for anyone who's not a bootlicker.
Speaking of ridiculous vanity expenses, how about the dedicated fiber line for Thibault's exercise bike, so he doesn't need to go through the indignity of connecting it to the guest network or a mobile hotspot?I thought we were hurting for money, we probably shouldn't be spending money on ridiculous stuff like this that adds zero value and actually erodes morale for anyone who's not a bootlicker.
I can’t wait to see the Dan Loeb letter from third point on all the wasteful spending Thibaut is doing. Right down to Summit itself just so his wife could keep living in nyc - when they could have got a huge tax brake moving elsewhere.Speaking of ridiculous vanity expenses, how about the dedicated fiber line for Thibault's exercise bike, so he doesn't need to go through the indignity of connecting it to the guest network or a mobile hotspot?
They actually owned the other two sites, and could have sold one and moved into the other with space to spare. Now Fort Washington is going to sit empty to keep manufacturing on the other side of the building.I can’t wait to see the Dan Loeb letter from third point on all the wasteful spending Thibaut is doing. Percentages are deceiving. We are down in the largest markets. 100% growth of one cent is two cents. LOL. And we waste a shit ton of money on stupid stuff. How many years have we been spending $20mm+ per year to modernize our planning systems? Since before the separation. Same with “digital core” spending $50+mm per year. OneS4 is burning cash for warmth. It’s so ridiculous. Big Pharma appetites on a consumer retail budget.how can the business be up double digits in so many regions, but the overall revenue is down?
Is the rumor out on which part of the accounts were being fiddled that resulted in the CFO being fired. Can’t wait until we find out …. Because we will eventually.Percentages are deceiving. and they could have kept that office for the PA people .. who are some of the most difficult to replace (technical, OTC). But instead they’ll let them walk..They actually owned the other two sites, and could have sold one and moved into the other with space to spare. When Jorge was in charge of R&D, didn't he stock the VP levels with ex-P&G people? Some of them were awful. He also created cushy senior executive roles for his old P&G friends; I don't remember anything worthwhile that these people did, they just collected their big paychecks and bonuses.corruption and favouritism are prevalent at VP level. tell me your story and i tell mine
Jorge ran consumer overall not R&D. That was Josh - he was useless in his own way - couldn’t deliver bad news, but Tillet makes him look fantastic by comparison. Aside from that, I've never really been inspired by any VPs in R&D. I have witnessed one fall asleep during a technical review, and another ask aloud if the value of a PhD w/15+ yrs of experience can be matched by an entry level undergrad, with that person in the room.
