As a former employee, I’m literally laughing until tears are streaming down my face. How can you not get your medication covered for the plan you give employees? So, all the ZB patients will use Lilly Direct now? Wow, just wow!!

May be insider know wegovy is better longer term! You don’t want to disappear and still have heart benefit lol. So they aren’t protesting.
But seriously, Rick will change benefits next cycle. Unless board changes Rick first.

If you think LillyDirect can work through the process of getting patients started on a Lilly product —— You are mistaken my spouse tried going thru Lilly Direct 6 weeks ago and she still hasn’t received Her wt loss med. Lilly Direct and the pharmacies they work with are not able to help patients. They are actually anti sales. They don’t have the help they need for customer service, nor can you get a pharmacist to call back the doctors or patients. Lilly Direct is one big Cluster.

Nearly the exact same experience here. We’ve been trying for the last month to get Zepbound through Lilly Direct.
 


he can't be replaced fast enough...has ruined morale and culture at Lilly.... doubt whoever is next will be any better or last very long...with the promotions of the last 5 years...the bench is not very deep.
