Novartis hates their own sales force. You will never get credit, recognition, or incentive commensurate with your work. If there is an opportunity to save money by taking it from the sales force, Novartis will do it. They teach managers to micromanage, but don’t even notice when you perform. Every single administrative task is designed to be as complicated and redundant as possible. In my long career, Novartis is the worst of the worst.What makes NVS such a bad place to rep?
