No one is safe at Novartis. This is no longer a company that values employees. It is ran by bean counters constantly looking to reduce head count. Hire/Fire culture.
America is no long a country that values subsidizing the profits of European drug companies. Novartis can ask the Swiss and German governments for more money.
 




















What makes NVS such a bad place to rep? Seems like reps hate it here?
Novartis hates their own sales force. You will never get credit, recognition, or incentive commensurate with your work. If there is an opportunity to save money by taking it from the sales force, Novartis will do it. They teach managers to micromanage, but don’t even notice when you perform. Every single administrative task is designed to be as complicated and redundant as possible. In my long career, Novartis is the worst of the worst.
