Looking like 2% for most.3% across the board regardless of merit.
Elevate!Looking like 2% for most.
You clearly don’t readSupposed to be in Fridays check
Those that got less was because their manager requested it that way.If true, HR may want to talk to the managers that are telling reps 3% was max and many got less.
Or you were hired in a much higher salary that other specialists in your division and it is a small way to try and make things more equitableThose that got less was because their manager requested it that way.
If you got less, you are not on your bosses good side. Id be worried.
Hiring in all these new reps at 15-20k higher salaries is going to bite them in the butt when all the tenured reps leaveOr you were hired in a much higher salary that other specialists in your division and it is a small way to try and make things more equitable
You mean the tenured reps that were already leaving? The salaries are not the main reason the top reps keep leaving.Hiring in all these new reps at 15-20k higher salaries is going to bite them in the butt when all the tenured reps leave
Actually it is the main reason. You’re talking about different division obviously. You mean the tenured reps that were already leaving? The salaries are not the main reason the top reps keep leaving.
All divisions at this company pay way below market and the goals are so inflated and unrealistic that absolutely no one is making IC. I am an institutional rep and Im looking to leave this joke of a company. No respectable pharmaceutical person would be here, hence they keep hiring people with zero experience.Actually it is the main reason. You’re talking about different division obviously.
What is the main reason then? You mean the tenured reps that were already leaving? The salaries are not the main reason the top reps keep leaving.
Often unrealistic goals, data that is unreliable, reps having to prove they earned the bonus, goals that come out when the quarter is nearly over, management that fails to listen to reps, ACE, Motus, Pitcher, micromanagement in some territories. Feel free to add to the list. Lots of companies have these issues, but take away two or three and add money and it is understandable why reps keep leaving. What is the main reason then?
You can't conceive what an utter clown-show disaster this is. An idiot cluster. The portfolio is a joke and the pipeline is comical.
No pipeline whatsoever. Only smoke and mirrors to cover the gaping holes. A disaster growing by the day.Be glad you have a job. The portfolio is a joke and the pipeline is comical. No way this train stays on the same track. The contract IBMs won’t make to Xmas.
