This woman is a total joke. Totally insane that they gave her the entire ADC portfolio. She is inexperienced, has no idea what she is doing, and has literally just scammed her way to where she is and fell into this position cuz her boss got laid off. She's Emma's pet. She got promoted from Associate Director to Director in under a year. She must have some dirt on Emma or something. Hasn't earned anything. Is literally dumb. Good luck. She also treats the people who ACTUALLY do the work in DB like absolute trash. She takes all the credit. We do all the work.

The value that ONC-TRC brings to the company remains unclear, as it has delivered very little over the past years. Nevertheless, no one appears to hold Emma L and her LT accountable for their poor track record at BMS.

I already left. Still annoying. Doesn’t know protein production, antibody engineering, biophysical characterization, NGS, bioconjugation chemistry or translational development. She is Elizabeth Holmes. They give her all the credit. These programs need to live in DB where all the work happens.

mike was the only good one in all of mocr none of them know what they are doing. he was good. it is good that he got fired though because now he can go make way more money somewhere else the main problem is dbeast does all the work and doesnt get credit. mike worked well with us. now were stick with nichole who just screams at us demanding shit but is clueless how stuff works. fucgm1 fucu

You sound like a labcel who doesn't actually know how assets get progressed in research. Do you really think a biology lead needs to know all those minutia that she hires people like you to do for her? Maybe learn how things work at your new job. Good luck.
