Depends on the company. Certain staff members such as RNs, patient educators, etc would apply and I do log calls on these. However, if your company is asking for 12 provider calls then this would be on top of that. Our company ( big pharma) asks for 8, sometimes I am over and sometimes just under. Also depends on your territory, some have a lot of closed-access health systems so that would just be impossible
