All Jordan would ever say is FRM's are the the "complaint department". She's literally got a chip on her shoulder like my teenage son used to have. Her sh** never stinks and Dave Alex couldn't kiss her a** any more. It's embarrassing. He looked like a fool on today's call. Honestly I just want to stay TF away from the FRM's. They really do seem more trouble than they're worth and leadership is definitely not fostering any respect between sales and Reimbursement. I'm beginning to think Market Access is nothing but a bunch of lazy people that are full of themselves. It's the biggest joke at Gilead.

You make some really good points here. The problem arises when the women start acting like they're the good oil's boys club too. That's what's been happening with many of these women put in a position of power here. Hence, the mis-guided leadership. Listen, as a woman myself, I've witnessed & experienced inequality in pay and positions and so I 100% appreciate a shift but unfortunately the good ol' boy network is more of a guiding principal here at Gilead and directly impacts how they operate and who they choose to hire and who they choose to promote internally.

I don’t disagree that that poor soul likely comes from a very flawed and unstable childhood. Everyone faces setbacks and rejection. It’s part of life and certainly part of the corporate world. No time to run around crying and playing the blame game. Look yourself in the mirror and decide to stay focused on over coming those obstacles.
