Rare disease turned into Primary Care sales force


The amount of turnover in this division is exceptional!! Every two weeks or so someone else quits. My team has changed so much in such a short time. What is upper mgmt doing??
 




They will push you into EV here even though they say there are options, why? So they can track your every move.. Nothing more than a glorified UPS driver, except you can't wear shorts and you get to drive a EV, and make your 5-6 BS calls a day! LOL Blaming others is key here as the poster above is spot on, bend over and take it like an inmate because you are the prison guards bitch at this place!
 














Another one bites the dust in Tampa? Like you stated there is a position every week or two open, or they are shown the door! I have seen new reps with 0 sales and another rep about ready to make her quota and she was shown the door? This is your typical "hey everyone the company is doing great" but the real story the hire ups don't have a clue! They are just trying to stay afloat by running people out, I have never seen this much turnover and I started 3 months ago! WTH?
 
















I know several people pushed out because of low sales, yet some still hit there quota! At this rate if they keep doing that they will get sued. Some people in single digits via the last report and one of the people in our region they said, that person moved on, and person hit quota so I think if your hiring manager didn't hire you they might have more skin in the game to retain you, but if not they are pushing you out for their own people regardless of the bullshit things they come up with. "It's not personal" is the biggest line of bullshit, it is when you're letting good people leave or pushing them out. Quit trying to be a Primary Care POS company and hire the right leaders!
