Here is an example of how Pharma reps have turned these activities sideways. The staff asking “What is your budget?” should NOT be part of the equation. Neither should ice cream with a brownie, individual fountain drinks, sushi, filet for lunch, $40 delivery fees plus tipping. I’ve been rebelling, I choose the caterer, the food, the amount…period. I’ll ask for allergy gluten and vegetarian or no pork. But the rest of the asks shitshow - negative. Interesting, enough after the firm stance, I can still do the lunch. Haven’t been cancelled for pushing back. Had to release….thanks feel better now.
