No I mean the CV = cardiovascular team . They are writing both zepbound and mounjaro and in some pockets of the country they haven't been able to get the product off the ground .
 






We just can’t sell on the CCS team and are a mess because cards don’t buy it especially with class effect slogan from Lillly. And does any know who their medical support is? I call one and get passed to another one. Then another one. Jokers over there. Another guy wanting a kingdom and my whole team is confused on their line of support.

stop your complaining do some research!!! Surpass-CVOT lasted the total length of the trial. It was not stopped early meaning it did not meet the number of events needed nor did it show any SHOW STOPPING early benefit like Sustain-6. You complainers have ZERO clue nor need to be a "CV Specialist."

Entire company has dropped the ball on marketing strategy for sema. Ada guidelines state: Losing more than 10% of body weight typically results in even greater benefits, including possible remission of type 2 diabetes and potentially improved long-term cardiovascular outcomes and reduced mortality. I brought this up in a meeting and was IGNORED. instead the inane discussion during our role play was, Dr methamphetamines cause you to lose weight, but meth heads aren’t healthy. I shit you not. This was actually said and saw morons writing this down. So glad I’m not with this company anymore, a company who completely ignores the field saying your strategy is a lie. It is ABSOLUTELY REFUTABLE that weight loss alone confers cardio benefits. Read the fucking guidelines.

TANZERO aka TANZEUM had a 3 pound weight loss in their long term CVOT trial and achieved a 20% reduction in MACE! While CV benefits do result from losing weight, with a GLP-1 the results are clearly beyond weight loss. We don’t know that with GIP/GLP-1 agents. So Mr./Mrs. Lilly rep, that’s why doctors should wait to write your product until you prove it!
