Do you know how many times the past decade we filled positions and promoted people to have a lay off a month later? Countless. Don’t forget who they are and what they do.
As soon as you hear “business as usual” that’s a yellow flag. Budget cuts then hiring freeze is next. BTW, medical and MAPA already have a hiring freeze. Confirmed. Don’t be naive, this is a shitshow of Novo’s making. And they have to fix it, that means change and that will mean cutting overhead. Don’t get used to the antiquated sales platform Novo has, it HAS to change.
