How about someone who can move the needle?

That's not really important here. What is important is selling your story to TO and that requires an "enterprise and ecosystem" worker, not a sales performance leader.

Bold & Unconventional!? Legal and compliance will fix that pretty quickly. Too bad our own environment rewards covering your ass and playing it safe.

Everything is performative. The amount of time and effort our "leaders" spend on Linked In pretending is disheartening. When was the last time one of them gave us any new ideas? Telling us the year will be about 'execution" is not leading.

Enterprise mindset? I wouldn't hire these lifers to work at an Enterprise rental car counter. Especially those who moved to the RDBU under Jassper, aka Elmer Fudd. They ran from their previous roles, screwing over employees and leaving things in ruins. They know who they are and what they've done, so does the entire company. They find comfort posting on LI while having no self awareness. Having attended dogshit skools, spelling on purpose, and hoping up and around, they know preach from their ivory tower. Guess what? You suck. I know it, you know it, the entire organization is talking about it. Enterprise mindset? Eat shat!
 


That's really what they are posting. Imagine having the lack of self awareness to post you are seeking a

ecosystem thinker
and a
enterprise thinker

WTAF ? This is posted entirely for Thousand Oaks to revel in.
