How many new COOs does that make? How about finding a new CEO? Someone that really knows about the business instead of just talking about the business.
LS has brought Big Pharma policies and procedures to a fledgling device company. Micromanagement is all she knows how to do. She has already had a detrimental effect on the moral and motivation of all employees. She needs to go to Pfizer or JNJ with her BS business acumen.

Her tenure at ACOR was marked by failed IP protection, multiple pipeline failures, a delayed launch, multiple re statements of forecasts, two reverse splits and ultimately bankruptcy after she saved herself.

Quite the resume.

I agree! Most of us have talked about this since finding out she was leaving. I would not be surprised if there is an exodus after she leaves. She has helped me and many others so much. I know a few people who are already looking. This is an absolute disgrace of a place. Massive boys club that are directionless and seek to blame.

I’m sure that is what her resume and LinkedIn profile say. Reality is a different story. If you don’t hold her accountable to outcomes and results, I guess she is fantasti.

The above post is true- all of the changes she implemented decreased sales and the overall effectiveness of our entire sales force. However, this may be a case of “the devil you know,” in regards to her replacement.

100%!!! This place has not succeeded for over a decade. One needs to look at the craziness at the top with changes upon changes upon changes. The issue here is the product not the sales force and not LS. I guess she will be leaving soon and from what I'm hearing, quite a few people will be jumping ship. This place has become appalling to work in. So you can complain all you want to the above poster, we all know what the issue is here.

You don't even know how to spell. I would look very closely at what's happening here. It's not a pretty site. You're going to have massive changes and they don't give a damn about us people. Mistakes upon mistakes in this company.
