So... WTF?!? Back in early April they said T1 IC payout was 6/6. This morning they changed it to 7/11 and then this afternoon all the way to 8/1?!? What in the literal fuck?!?!
That is not a good sign. Heme was told we’d get a partial Q1 payout for our old alignments in May. On a district call last week our manager told us it wasn’t happening until the end of June. We also didn’t get paid Q4 until the end of March where we used to get it in February. Our July geo tweaks got postponed too. Something up.So... WTF?!? In my 20+ years I’ve never had a delayed payout at any company.Derm payout is pushed back 1 pay period as well. It seems pretty company wide. I wouldn’t worry about it. Pharma always has late payouts for “reporting issues”.
Trimesters to halves? What division, I haven’t heard about this at all. Zero communication from the LT, probably intentional. This is not right. Switched to trimesters from halves. Now no bonus for 8 months.
What about reps that were laid off?
I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps legal action too! This fuckery has to be illegal. How can you keep changing our bonus dates literally 4 months after the trimester ends. No bonus payout no work! We all need to do a walkout or callout like the air traffic controllers at Newark airport.
The more significant question is WHY is this happening? Can't be a coincidence that the company is tanking when they decide to play IC shuffle.Read your bonus plans you dolts. It specifically says they reserve the right to change it at any time. Get a grip
This is exactly right. They can't mess with salaries, but they have great discretion when it comes to bonuses.Read your bonus plans you dolts. It specifically says they reserve the right to change it at any time. Get a grip
Doesn’t mean we should put up with it, especially if it becomes a pattern. This is exactly right. They can't mess with salaries, but they have great discretion when it comes to bonuses.
Because our #DATA people don’t know how to do their jobs.Derm payout is pushed back 1 pay period as well. It seems pretty company wide. I wouldn’t worry about it. Pharma always has late payouts for “reporting issues”.
