Doni Team

That’s where I think they’re going wrong among all the other shit the biggest is they think based on all the bs data and trying to know the competitor you are not really knowing the market. This is where you lose. All the micromanagement and bulldozing you are causing to Ionis won’t make up for the walk of shame you’ll be doing when you fail. Passing up on HAE experienced season reps for SP and Reimbursement and Genentech loyalty is one of the many stupid decisions a that you will pay for. Bring it on!
Wow! This is incredibly spot on. But hey, it’s better to see from outside than there. Dave is trying to say that Doni has a smaller volume so it less painful vs takzero. BUT, talk to any takzero rep and NO ONE has heard injection complaints- patients do so well that many haven’t had attacks in years. That’s his big deal and differentiator?? Yes it is and it’s anecdotal to hell and back.

Coming from a leader who does not know the competition or the disease state and his choice to hire directors with no HAE knowledge and team of reps as well. Bad decisions made from the top down.

Culture is a sense of belonging and genuine appreciation. It's working in an environment where every leader opens up with gratitude. It's feeling your work is meaningful and that you are truly valued for it. When I think about this company as whole there are still parts of this organization where these parts of culture flow through it's veins but honestly in the GPSO part of this organization this could not be further from the truth of what is really happening here. There is NO genuine appreciation. Only leaders who are so focused on their own personal growth and gain. Leaders that micromanage and manage their teams through fear. There is no opening up with gratitude. The only focus seems to be is on what they we are not doing. Unfortunately that leads to us feeling devalued and under appreciated for all the work we are really doing. Instead of leaders using Teams to chat about their internal colleagues and talking about us behind our backs like cowards- how about you actual lead. Spend time coaching us. For those of us who joined here we came with a vast knowledge of previous employers but we did not come knowing everything. There are and will be gaps of experiences brought here. Instead of discouraging us for what we could have done better or for not doing things your way, way don't you invest your leadership in leading your people. It's so sad to see all the 'talent' our organization keeps talking about that we brought here. When you keep bring in the same people form the same organization- it will take a hit to the culture described and unfortunately this is what we are seeing and are experiencing. If you're not part of the 'boys club' in the GPSO crew here your on the outs and unfortunately there are a number of extremely talented invinduals who are being bullied to leave. Just ask anyone in Market Access right now- they've lost 3 people on their team in the last month. Shouldn't that in of itself say a lot about the culture we are creating when we are losing people, in a market that is not good right now, to people who don't have another job to go in to? WoW this is so sad to witness and disappointing to see no one at the most senior level doing anything.

Didn't you just hire a high percentage of csl's sales team?
Oh this must be DONI leaders coming in on here to the defense. When you hire maybe 5 of them with HAE experience and vast majority of the others you hire have ZERO HAE experience that should be proof enough in the pudding. Right? You can come to the defensed but lets be honest and just admit that you hired your friends and most big pharmaceutical teams with rare disease experience or field reimbursement but when it comes to being in front of the customers who will actually right and switch. You're shooting yourself in the foot you missed the mark. We shall see.

Anyone look into the national sales director history? Other than Genentech, Hennessy simply pops from me company to the next, bilking every penny he can- he admits it when you first meet him. There’s no devotion, dedication, long term determination. He’s hiring all of the Genentech formers bc he wants to bilk this fountain for all it’s worth for a couple of years, then jump to the next and pull everyone with him to do it all over again.

It’s both sad and hilarious bc this product is just less than a me too product.

Honestly, who’s going to trust an MRNA product when they already have the monoclonal antibody?? Can someone from the Ionis bullshit nay sayer boards bitchsplain that?

Spot on hiring is the most important aspect of a launch! When you hire leaders that are entitled and as arrogant as these guys are you will suffer the consequences of a bad launch.

It's truly sad. this company short of 6 months ago was decent and the people here were lovely. Now all they want to do is drive their agenda behind closed doors so Kyle does not catch on and then bull doze anyone out who is getting in their way. I am watching people change right before my eyes ones that only are trying to look out for themselves and not even trying to do the right thing. At the end of the day, I'm trying to be ethical, compliant and protect Ionis financially yet I am made out to be the 'bad' guy for pushing back. These behaviors need to be called out by those at the top and if we continue to put your heads in the sand and do nothing this will destroy Ionis.

This place is a total shit show. They do not have a good plan in place, leadership is all disgruntled and angry- always negative vs positive and the field teams only care about how much money they can make vs the patient. I am sick over what I see and hear.
