Why don’t Pharmaceutical Reps form a Union?

I’m as staunch conservative and right wing as they come. I believe in pulling myself up by the bootstraps and doing it the right way with no handouts. However, as an At Will employee, the hammer can and more than likely will come anyday now. A Union doesn’t sound like a bad idea. I back the blue 100% and they have a rock solid untouchable union.
 


Been talked about for decades. Will never happen because nobody thats in pharma sales has enough energy or work ethic to start the process of unionizing. It’s just too much damn work for people like us.
 




You’ve got to be kidding. We have the easiest job in the world. Yes there are frustrations, knucklehead leaders, and job security is nonexistent but overall it’s a great gig. If you hate metrics now, just wait and see what metrics will be negotiated with a union involved. Careful what you wish for.

Whew, a rock solid untouchable union? I have one of those and it's been touched by most higher ups with extreme pleasure! You need one too!
