How is Insmed to work?


If you like working for a co that coerces you to positively fill out a survey and everyone is worried if they don’t say positive things they will be retaliated against… then this is the place for you. Where all the ADs are incompetent sycophants and never dare question anything from GT… most RDs seem to be okay. Senior leadership is nuts and micro and doesn’t trust their teams at all. It’s basically big Pharma without knowing what they’re doing. Oh and culture will be shoved down your throat which you know means the culture sucks because when it’s great you don’t have to force people to constantly talk about it.

Grumpy Troll is just not that smart and uses anger and intimidation to lead since he is not able to lead with ideas. My best advice is know what you are dealing with. He will stab you in the back on every opportunity. For all his faults, at least in meetings DW would tell you to your face when he had an issue and brought ideas. Its telling that no one even thought for a second GT could be a suitable replacement.

DW brought ideas, now that is funny. DW was great at building a culture of fear, abuse and manipulation, but ideas - that’s a new one. You obviously weren’t that close.

I won't speak for your experience if you don't try to speak for mine. I have known and worked with DW since our other launch and never had an issue or felt threatened. Not commenting on GT tells me we are probably on the same page with that one though.

The reason I left. The worse culture I worked for and Glenn is a douche bag and his short complex. He is passive aggressive and a two face leader.
