SFM is a cancer on Axsome. She was looked upon as a tyrant and horrible micromanager at Abbvie. The only people that liked her are the lackeys that have been recruited from AbbVie to Axsome. They are all talentless but they are suck ups and that is why they are now a part of Axsome. The Migraine division is doomed and will be toxic with the “leadership” she has brought over. I’m glad I’m not in the migraine division. Good luck to those poor people

You understand that your thoughts and perspectives, while accurate, aren’t relevant. No one in a position to make the necessary corrections cares. What you’re saying is a problem is exactly what got these people to Axsome. And we’re not going back.
So if being metric-ed to death, bullied into conforming, and gas-lit about rewarding “performance” isn’t for you, I suggest you find another gig. You are nothing more than a means to an end - an impediment and necessary evil.
 


















SFM is too dumb to understand how to create a comp plan that motivates those bringing in the majority of revenue. She continues to highlight people that if they were put on stage as an example of what “good” looks like would be a complete embarrassment. Our supposed #1 territory has a total volume that is 1/10 the volume of the #1 volume territory. The #1 territory in Q2 is on pace to bring in 200K in profit and the #1 volume territory is on pace to bring in 2,000,000! The #1 territory is on pace to make 30K plus in commission and the #1 volume territory is on pace to miss goal and make under 10K, yet that same territory QTD is 15th for NBRx. It’s not rocket science, it’s simple math. AP is too dumb to fix it and SFM is too arrogant to admit her mistakes. Who exactly are you trying to motivate???

2.5 years since launch, no coverage, growth expected on average so far in 2025 (Q1 & Q2) 38%!!! SFM you are a joke. Can’t wait for Migraine to flop, so they finally ship your a— out of here.

1) retention of top talent - failed!
2) motivate & grow largest volume territories - failed!
3) dtc - launched and doomed to fail unless we’re selling shoes, please see commercial WOW!
4) market access - failed!
5) improve training, provide relevant training - failed!
6) All In - failed!
7) Create leaders from within - failed!
8) Hire kiss as- cast off’s from Abbvie - Success!
9) Go back to outdated Forest playbook highlighted by micro management - Success!
10) Create a fear based culture - Success!
