Looking at the job in Washington, anyone have any insights on the regional sales manager? Pay feels low, are commissions worth it?

Is this because the CFO left? I thought they just got access to a whole load of money and they have almost a quarter billion in sales?

PNW regional manager is a manic depressive nightmare to work for. Stay away from this manager.
