Great choice there Mikey. Nick has wreaked havoc in every company he brags about on his CV and now he has delivered Oppenheimer level destruction here. The stock price has plummeted since he took the reins (don’t blame Trump and tariffs!) The Salesforce is in disarray. SM is gone. Goon squad leading the sales team now. What did I miss? Oh, reimbursement continues to be a joke. My resume is updated and three people on my team actively looking. Who else is jumping ship before the rats start eating eachother?
 


We are all talking about this whole situation. It's absolutely abhorrent. All my friends in the field have put their resumes together and are looking to leave. Screwed up IC plan. Messed up reports! We absolutely cannot function here. The reimbursement process is the worst in the industry. How come you guys can get it straight?

Called my recruiters this week! The rats are already eating each other.

Thank you for posting this. It's what we are all thinking. We already know the history of the people and the company. I think they do not realize the significance of all their decisions. They are bringing in Syneos people and not even hiring full-time reps. Our IC was the nail on the coffin. And as you said, the goon leading right now could not even help. We miss SM very much and We know that quite a few people are looking to get out quickly. I could tell by my RBM's voice that this is a house of cards.

What complete idiot created these abhorrent changes? They must want everyone in sales to leave because that is exactly what will happen. This IC plan is a one size fits all approach which is a kindergarten approach to sales goals. Each territory is its own dynamic. The only person who truly appreciates and advocates for the sales team was fired. This company has been decimated. Morale and motivation could not be any lower. If I didn’t have an outstanding manager I would stay at home doing DYI projects, collect my paycheck and let the chips fall where they may.

It's really bad. We all feel completely deflated. Too many changes. It's a history here. SM leaving was the nail on the coffin. My RBM is a complete moron and control freak and he needs to go. Most of us in that region are leaving anyway. This is a tough enough product to sell and we are all working hard up against a terrible prescription pathway process. The hub no matter what name is always a mess because they can't figure things out. Our patients cannot get the product! Yet that nincompoop still stays.

This is not the same company. There will be a mass exodus out of here very soon. No one with a brain will stay here. I'm also not going to be led by that moron in New York.
 


This is a sad shell of a once good company. In the three years I’ve been here, it has consistently gone downhill. The constant employee turnover at every level, the lack of strategic leadership and the inability to pull Afrezza scripts through have caused a negative trajectory that cannot be stopped. The demotivation among the salesforce is apparent, nationwide and it’s not without cause. This is a sinking ship and don’t think the captain is willing to go down with it.

Leadership here will blame the people on the ship. They're not willing to fix anything. They bring in someone like NM who we all know his history. Look at his resume very closely to see how long he has lasted. There's a reason for all this.

He doesn't have a history. He blips around for 6 months to 2 years tops. Have you ever spoken to people that he has worked with? Try it one day.

Exactly. Have never heard anything good. He leaves a wave of destruction. We are so upset in the field by everything that's transpired. Everyone is helping each other get out of here.

It's a poisonous environment right now. I don't even know what to say. I've never seen anything like this and hope never do. I'm interviewing right now as well and will be leaving as soon as I sign on the dotted line. Wlv is a cesspool

It's bad everywhere here. People are fed up. Lack of accountability and MC brings in or chooses the wrong people this year. Baaaaddddddd!

Exactly true. Anyone with a brain and competence is gone and is leaving. Everyone is helping each other get out since Nick came on board. EVERYONE who associates with him cannot deal with him. So now back door sneaky discussions are being had and THIS is the last straw for MC. Been here toooo long to see what's going on. HR is a mess. There is canoodling with certain ppl at WLV! We all see and know. But blind eye turned. Your families should know! egregious. Adios morons!
