CEO gonna blame sales when his 3 year plan flops. The 3rd year this year is to keep divisions separated so much SN can be stripped and sold in pieces. Meanwhile we can’t get the new hip stem even though surgeons want it, cant even get a stem back in restocks that’s not back ordered. I haven’t seen leadership so disconnected in years from reality. Here’s the challenger sales model, read this and go make us money. lol. How about we quit playing follow the leader and actually lead a company where the leadership talks to eachother, SN can’t even pay people correctly or fairly the divisions are so separated. Here, cover this case but don’t ask for money as that division won’t pay you. Insanity here, sales sees the giant non communicating leadership as a joke. Zero Morale left here, just like leadership wanted. Amazing to watch people destroy companies and blame others.

Nah, sales wont get blamed. Otherwise the sales leaders would be gone. Somehow they always survive regardless of how much they fail.
 


Wound has become a cesspool of toxicity. Vince is what happens when you order a Paolo off wish.com. Rohit is 100% responsible. AVPs and up are useless frim a management perspective.

If you haven’t heard, they are allready blaming sales! Not enough modules done, challenger sales model training, ect ect ect. We can’t even get the new hip stem out surgeons want…. Sell sell sell but zero support when we need the product. Sorry sir, yes we have a new hip stem, but no you can’t use it. That never leaves a good taste in Dr’s mouths.
 


Remember when Deepak first started and said we can't cut our way out of this mess? His McKinsey chronies certainly think so. We laid off all those people in December to just barely make the 18% he promised the street. Same thing in 2023 just to make the 17.5%. Getting to the promised 20% this year is going to be a bloodbath..

We can always send more to India and Costa Rica lol. Investors have no idea how bad it’s really got inside, just keep shoveling poop into different piles. CFO still talking behind CEO’s back about getting rid of ortho! That’s how they hit their goal. Sell off the entire division.

Ask any new hire in the last 2 years how that went for them. Nothing but lies and lies. The turnover after the first year is insane, all this trouble to train people then don’t pay them…. Whoever is running sales is running it into the ground. We have 1099 “leaders” that run teams ass backwards. No incentive to sell, no pay, just work your ass off and they make all the money as leaders. If SN had any common sense they would break up those big territories and watch as sales come in tenfold from the reps that actually in those areas because they finally have an incentive to work. I know lots of SN reps who do the minimum because any sales they get go to their “leader”. Such BS. If SN wanted sales they would have figured this out years ago. They punish actual reps in the OR doing the work while Leadership makes all the money. Investors are learning how bad it is and what SN doing wrong daily now. This one is brutal. Don’t reward sales, instantly failing as a sales company.

Wound Care is a shit show, especially in the NYC area under Ms. RK's toxic cesspool. Some of those reps haven't left their house in years. One woman is running her family's insurance / real estate business. I heard medicare/medicaid billable in the care centers being looked into - is there really a need for a patient to leave the hospital or sub acute facility with all that Santyl?
