Agreed with above post! The most frustrating part of this job is the amount of fakery management wants us to input so they look good on a spreadsheet. Brodsky is so clueless setting the expectation to have 8 target calls and two other calls a day. It’s just forcing reps to enter fake calls to get off a list…such smoke and mirrors

Plus…No territory wants or needs a bag 3. There are so many scenarios where bag 3 has1 target in clinics with other non-targets aligned to Bag 1 & 2 so there are 3 reps trying to gain access with lunches and activity in the same offices. No clinic wants 3 Vraylar Reps!

Let’s not forget all the shitty no access providers that pop up on our panels that create the illusion we have enough providers to call in to make those 8-10 calls daily.

Your confirmations truly help as we finalize the significant downsizing. seniority success age race tenure will not be taken into consideration as you have stated that the entire sales force regularly falsifies calls. You and many others will soon be looking for a new job outside of abbvie

Please show some class and refrain from vulgarity. It is true that we must falsify calls in that the vast majority of docs no longer permit reps in their offices. However, to express oneself as a oaf has no place on this forum. Time to grow up frat boy.

For all those DMs and RDs using trackers to basically force reps to enter 8-10 calls per day so they can look good on paper…you likely now have an HR issue on your hand. We are basically being told by upper management that we need to plug in 8-10 calls/day when most reps in reality aren’t actually hitting even 4-5 calls/day and can’t due to access issues, 3 reps in a territory and dirty call panels, etc. When reps feel forced to hit a number they will plug in whatever number manager wants to get them off their backs but most reps hate having to plug is so much B.S. and is what leads to so much frustration especially with management given all the smoke and mirrors we have to deal with
