Working for SS in the NE?? DON’T!!!

Just need to face the facts. Its obvious HR and Leadership know exactly what SS is and they simply do not care. They will allow other good and productive employees to leave, languish, or suffer rather than deal. He is despised by all he is supposed to "partner" with in the organization and his negative culture permeates beyond his real area of influence and negatively impacts our entire company. Leadership knows this is true, and just does not give two-shits.

Culture just is not important to our leadership.

One can only wonder in anticipation...What brand of dangerously good leadership are you to spring on us in 2025? We eagerly await your freshest of orders/demands, Field Marshal Spodickless!

Reider's level of market understanding pales in comparison to steve-o's intellect and leadership. Steve-o deserves all the credit when this ship rights itself, he told us so!

Since everyone seems to be on the same page about how toxic SS is, why then do we think he has been allowed to stay even at the cost of so much turnover under his own rule. No one wants to work with him. Even if he had decent commercial ideas, his costs associated with productivity losses offset them.

Look at our stock and culture and attrition and layoffs and let us know when this company appropriately managed ...well... anything. Leadership can't quantify the harm Steve's caused to our bottom line because layoffs and attrition have hidden the true scope of his impact. Coherus' death-throws continually provide him the plausible deniability required to continue his employment in the face of every leadership mistake he makes. When the palace is burning, it's hard to see through the smoke whether some mid-management asshole is also setting fire to the outhouse, nor would anyone have the inclination to get to a window and even look.
