Last remaining RML just quit. Revolving door.and another one just took off
Accurate. Interviewed for St. Louis. The hiring manager talked about himself for an hour. Barely asked a question. The Denver and St Louis territory’s have an awful manager. Half his team has turned over since December.
Micromanagement, sales and marketing leaders no oncology experience, metrics, busy work. Everything that sucks in pharma.Last remaining RML just quit. Revolving door.
Bail on work and go play golf. Weather is gorgeous. And meet your side piece for an afternoon delight.I am so bored
Spoken like a true member of the BI good ole boy club. Is this John or Troy?Bail on work and go play golf. Weather is gorgeous. And meet your side piece for an afternoon delight.
Another month.. no FDA approval. One year anniversary of doing nothing but recording fake calls and micromanagement metrics. Thanks for the 235k.I am so bored
one applying for RML team know the manager is awful. We had 100% turnover in under a year. Same salary as the rep job and zero equity. Good luck!Another month.. no FDA approval. One year anniversary of doing nothing but recording fake calls and micromanagement metrics. Thanks for the 235k.
I know of 2 people in their late 20s that went to Amgen, check that company out. Huge salaries, decent bonus, Teslas, many perks. The kicker is RSU's and PU's given, not stock options. I know another rep that just exercised 300k in RSU's, I'm sure the IRS took half but you get the point. We are cheap AF here, better options elsewhere. Amgen isn't a huge oncology player but they still take in 12-14 billion per year. Many of us interviewing with them at asco.Another month.. no FDA approval. One year anniversary of doing nothing but recording fake calls and micromanagement metrics. Thanks for the 235k.
True. There was one female RBD and they just pushed her out. They marginalized the female east zone manager, experienced in oncology. She quit and they promoted the west zone to national manager that has no substance or oncology experience. Females beware this company is a good ole boys club of incompetent BI lifers with little to no experience, strategy or leadership. I am now rooting for Bayer to get approved same day as punishment to BI blowing a 9 month lead with zongertinib by their own incompetence. Latest word from MSLs is a manufacturing issue with the blister pack is holding up approval process. Complete incompetence. Even HR is spilling the tea in exit interviews with the last 14 resignations. Saying we are well aware of the problems..BI-Oncology is a complete shit show, they are too slow, acting like it's 2005 instead of 2025. Lifer's here have not an original thought and management is with a doubt, incompetent. This drug has no legs and the division just sucks up $$$$, Vicky is out of her league at BI or a corner store bakery. I'm actively interviewing and thankfully have something about to close. NOT a single company in oncology is concerned about BI, they are a laughing stock a dinosaur of a forgotten era. I'm grateful I even got an interview or two, BI on a resume is a black mark.
Stick with family practice BI...O...and the comp here is bottom 50% in Onc.
