What a joke! I work twice as hard because my Syneos rep barely works and I am pulling their weight. Meanwhile, the Syneos rep gets in the way because of routing and I can't go in their geography (the geography they are not working). Who else is frustrated?

I don't even blame them, AZ just keeps dangling the carrot knowing the large majority of them will never be rolled over. There's a high turnover rate happening at the contract level right now, they're finally seeing what's happening and those who can are securing other jobs

Most contract reps I know have years of experience and use this job to get out of the house or drinking and travel money.
What a stupid thing to say. They work harder than the employees.
The most frustrating part about my Syneos rep is that this person barely works and my manager does nothing about it! That is not doing me any favors because then I am hitting burn out doing all the work while the Syneos rep takes credit!
Right. Only the contract reps that are not smart enough to look for another job will still be here when they end the contract.
AZ reps are the entitled lazy ones. Constantly complaining about their EV’s, managers and reach and frequency. Some of the ancient AZ reps need to retire. They can’tsell and don’t work very hard.
Oh right. You don't want to hear us complain about the EVs while you drive around in your gas cars. My Syneos rep complains about 2 managers, the AZ one and the Syneos one. We complain about reach & frequency because we are actually making the calls unlike the Syneos rep that lies about calls & barely knows the products.
If you fake calls don’t fake calls paycheck still comes so it doesn’t matter. Hit goal, goal goes up which is honestly a small pay cut so I don’t see the incentive to even try

Nah... you have drunk the Kool-Aid. I had drunk the KA but no more. Kiss the right a$$ and play the game. It's amazing how you can survive and thrive. Presently, I work maybe three days a week on a good week. The SSLT has created such a toxic culture, most just don't care anymore. RST has become a joke. Ridiculous goals with managed care plans gone from where we were last year. They touted big bonuses but look at rankings. Company making cash while paying out less and less every year. All by design. Just smile, turn your nose brown and you will be fine, even when working 2-3 days a week. Reps are dropping like flies and yet many PCX reps aren't applying for open positions. Wonder why?
Do you blame us? They’ve ruined the incentive structure. I don’t care to work my ass off to make some boomer happy I don’t care. Collect the paycheck, collect the years of experience, then jump ship. Don’t get mad cause we don’t care because …. We don’t care!
