The NE has the most unethical sales practices and everyone knows it. A blind eye is not only turned but it’s rewarded. This week will go down as one of the worst in MK history. There’s zero culture, zero faith in leadership, and zero women anywhere in leadership. What a sad turn of events.
 


SM was the only positive life force Mannkind had- now she’s gone along with any real support the field had. Sad day for the entire company and women trying to make an impact in Corporate America everywhere.

They don't give a damn about women in this company. Women are disregarded here. You're going to see people leave in droves. Between the field and HQ... Adios! This has been the most awful week and the folks up in the ivory tower that are spineless and brainless will realize how many mistakes have been made here over the course of the history of this company. No trust here!

Tommy is a snake. I know people in his region who completely lack respect for him and everything going on. One of my friends works for him and it's beyond surreal what goes on there. Shit show.

There is no culture here anymore. There was. It really depends on leadership. We can all see what's happening right now. People in WLV are miserable. We heard that there is no one in Danbury now. There have been a lot of people changes and we think it will continue.. sadly leadership this year has run at warped speed to destroy any culture. It starts at the top. Please run out of here!

How is is possible James still has a job? He is the lost lazy, apathetic person I have ever witnessed. He couldn’t care less if our target plans are workable or not. If I did my job the way he does, I would have been terminated 6 months after I was hired… if not sooner. It’s a travesty to that we won’t be getting paid any bonus and have to call on 90 targets that half haven’t moved business in a decade but we keep having them reappear on our list. So much for autonomy.

The entire field is beyond upset about our call plan and I see. It's been one mistake after the other after the other after the other. The fact that we have no data on Baqsimi and it is part of our IC is a complete joke. We have been driving around to the wrong addresses for certain doctors. This place is an absolute mess. Yet when anybody goes in contacts that moron, he makes us feel like idiots.. You are the idiot James.
